QuickChek’s commitment to Team Member wellness includes providing comprehensive healthcare benefits for you and your family. Open Enrollment is your once-a-year opportunity to either elect or waive your benefit coverage.
Open Enrollment is an active enrollment. This means you need to make an election between August 22 and September 16, 2016.
Again this year, we are offering 3 easy ways to enroll for benefits:

- In Person: Licensed Enrollment Counselors will be visiting each QuickChek location.

During Open Enrollment, all eligible Team Members must take action and either elect or waive benefit coverage.
If you are a current QuickChek medical plan member and do not elect or waive coverage, you will be automatically enrolled in the QuickChek Basic High Deductible plan, single-coverage only with no HSA, Dental, Vision, or voluntary Life. If you are not covered by a QuickChek medical plan and do not make any elections, you will not have benefit coverage for the upcoming year which begins on November 1, 2016.
