The deadline to complete your biometric screening has come and gone. With that step out of the way, it is time for you to complete your Health Risk Assessment (HRA) and to schedule your Health Coach Call, if you have not already done so.
If you do not complete the HRA and the health coach call by the deadlines, your targets will be considered incomplete and you WILL NOT be eligible to receive the discount on your medical plan premiums for 2018.
