It’s that time of year again when the Fit for Life Wellness Targets are rapidly approaching. If you are enrolled in a QuickChek medical plan and would like to pay the lowest possible medical premiums in 2020, you need to participate in the Fit for Life Wellness Targets.
The targets process contains three critical steps that need to be completed in order to be eligible for the lowest medical plan premiums:
- Heath Risk Assessment
- Biometric Screening
- Review of Findings (ROF) Health Coach Call
Each one of these steps is aimed at helping you live a healthy life and identify potential health concerns before they become issues. This is not a mandatory program but it is in your best interest – for your health AND your wallet – to participate.
