On February 11, 2015, QuickChek delivered on our commitment to the Community Food Bank of New Jersey. The “Check-Out Hunger” fundraiser far exceeded the goal of $75,000 by delivering a check for $125,000 to Mary O’Connell and Faye Kuhn of the Community Food Bank of New Jersey. Thanks to all who participated to make this effort such a success!
The event took place at Store #105 (River Road Piscataway), which raised $8,362, the largest amount of all the QuickChek locations. WAY TO GO for Team Member Steve Evanowski, the individual who raised the most money in this campaign!
This was QuickChek’s first fundraiser for the Community Food Bank of NJ and we received distinction as the top convenience store fundraiser. Be ready to WOW them with your efforts when this worthwhile organization runs the event again in 2015!
