What do super chargers, hemis, hash browns and high octane coffee have in common? Answer: QuickChek! Lake Grove Store Leader Dawn Carmichael reached out to the Eastern Long Island Cruisers classic car club to create a regular Sunday event in the store’s parking lot. Her invitation to the group included a free coffee for every hot rod and classic car that showed up to show off between 8:00am and noon.
The response has created a regular weekend event and a real family affair. The store is very busy as a result and photos of the cars are also on display to give participants bragging rights for the coolest car!
