At the May 21 Board meeting in Farmingville, NY, Councilman Kevin LaValle presented a Certificate of Congratulations naming QuickChek the “Business of the Month” in Council District 3. Accepting the award were Sean O’Neill, Real Estate Manager at QuickChek and Dawn Carmichael, Lake Grove QuickChek Store Leader.
Councilman LaValle said, “I would like to thank QuickChek for all they have done in support of the community. They are truly good neighbors and I wish them continued success.” During his presentation, the Councilman recognized QuickCheck for their charitable contributions. Upon opening the Lake Grove store, QuickChek made a donation of 25 cents for every sub, sandwich and wrap sold during the store’s first 30 days, presenting the Middle Country Youth Association baseball league with a check for more than $1,500.
