The Fit for Life Wellness Targets begin today! If you are enrolled in a QuickChek medical plan and would like to pay the lowest possible medical premiums in 2020, you need to participate in the Fit for Life Wellness Targets.
The targets process contains three critical steps that need to be completed in order to be eligible for the lowest medical plan premiums:
- Heath Risk Assessment
- Biometric Screening
- Review of Findings (ROF) Health Coach Call
