QuickChek’s commitment to our Team Members includes providing comprehensive healthcare benefits for you and your family. Open Enrollment is THE once-a-year opportunity to elect for OR waive your benefit coverage.
Open Enrollment will be an active enrollment: this means you MUST DECIDE between August 24 and September 18, 2015.
This year, we are offering three easy ways to enroll for benefits:
Online: at My QC Benefits
On Site: Licensed Enrollment Counselors will be visiting each QuickChek location.
By Phone: 844-372-7674
During Open Enrollment, all eligible Team Members must either elect or waive benefit coverage:
- If you ARE a current Aetna member and do not elect or waive coverage, you will be automatically enrolled in the QuickChek Basic High Deductible plan, single-coverage only, no HSA, Dental, Vision, or Voluntary Life.
- If you ARE NOT covered by a QuickChek plan, and do not make your elections, you will not have benefit coverage for the upcoming year which begins on November 1, 2015.
