On August 13th, 27 Team Members arrived at the Community Food Bank of New Jersey in Hillside and geared up to help feed hungry families. That’s what we do right?
Volunteers displayed our famous QuickChek spirit while pre-sorting donations so other volunteers could pack boxes for re-distribution to food pantries and other agencies in need of the food. Before the end of our three-hour shift, we’d already accomplished our objective of clearing the designated area of the warehouse. Food bank employees made us laugh when they commented that QuickChek’s name clearly represented how we work!
