Tuesday, August 7th was the National Night Out which is a nationwide community-police awareness event. This event is always held on the first Tuesday in August. The team at store #139 has made it an annual tradition to take part in Washington Township’s National Night Out and this year’s event hosted over 1,200 people. Team #139 represented QuickChek to thank our local law enforcement and our communities for their all they do.
The volunteers from QuickChek included Donna Kane, Crystal Logel, Lucas Logel, Meadow Logel, Matt Murphy, Katie Palardy, Donna Romanczuk, and Charles Smith. The team not only donated QC water and ice to the event but they set up a booth and gave away goodies! They gave away David’s cookies and had guests spin a wheel to win additional prizes.
A special thanks to some of our Marketing Team Members – Kelly Bannon, James McElroy, and Mike Murphy – for working with our vendors get some donations to give away at the event.
