The focus this year is on the Culture of Food Safety. Within the restaurant and food service industry, food safety is synonymous with a company’s reputation. It is critical to have a culture that focuses on food safety. This food safety culture is not just one person’s responsibility. It takes the entire team working together to ensure that food is safely prepared and served.
