QC Lends Some Helping Hands

Sweet Potatoes & Green Beans Galore!

Local food banks are always looking for helping hands to help sort, box, and bag items for those in need. The holidays are no different – if not more important. Yesterday, Team Members from District H, District N, and the Support Center spent the afternoon sorting and boxing vegetables at the Community Food Bank of NJ in Hillside. On the day’s agenda were sweet potatoes and canned green beans. The volunteers dug through boxes and boxes of potatoes to sort them into smaller portions. The green beans needed to be labeled, sorted, and boxed up. The group did an excellent job and, as usual, had a good time doing it. Thank you to all the Team Members who put their best foot forward and helped our local communities! Way to Go!
