Yesterday, April, 22nd, thirteen volunteers from various stores and districts converged in Hillside, NJ at the Community Food Bank of NJ to spend the afternoon donating their time. The group worked diligently to sort through donated food and household items and to package those items up in assorted boxes. At the end of the afternoon, the volunteers had created 184 assorted boxes that were sealed up, placed on palates, and will be delivered to varying organizations in NJ to help those who are in need.
