For the FOURTH consecutive year, QuickChek has been named one of the Best Companies to Work for in New York State!
Announced on Monday, this honor comes from The New York State Society for Human Resources Management and Best Companies Group, an independent firm managing Best Places to Work programs around the country. The survey considered several factors including employee satisfaction and engagement.
For the past five consecutive years, QuickChek has been honored in both New York and New Jersey, having been named one of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey by NJBIZ magazine.
“We are committed to being a great place to work, a great place to shop, and a great place to invest,” said QuickChek Chief Executive Officer Dean Durling. “We strive to create a positive experience and fun environment where core values are nurtured, hard work is rewarded and leadership is cultivated.”
Much of QuickChek’s recognition comes directly from ensuring that “we attract, retain and develop the best people, as well as empowering them to be successful,” notes Durling. “When you come into any of our stores, the Store Leader manages that store as if it is their own. This helps them connect with our customers on a personal level, to create that neighborhood shopping experience, and providethe outstanding customer service for which we are known.”
