This year marks a monumental moment for all of us. Next month, we will celebrate 50 years of Total Customer Dedication! QuickChek has served millions of customers since 1967, growing from just 1 store to over 140 stores in the New Jersey/New York Metro Market. We are known and respected throughout our industry, and the communities that we serve, for providing outstanding customer service, guaranteed fresh coffee, and award winning handcrafted subs, among many other areas. Most recently, we were honored with the prestigious “Convenience Store Chain of the Year” award by Convenience Store Decisions magazine, to start the ball rolling for the next 50!
To kick off this celebration of 50 years (and counting) of Total Customer Dedication, we will be launching multiple customer-centric initiatives! Just to show how much we appreciate our customers, we’ll be launching 50 mobile and in-store deals over the span of 10 weeks in 2017. Our coffee cups are getting a new look with “Fresh Facts” printed on them about how our coffee is sourced, our technology advancements, where we are headed, and our areas of focus. Be on the lookout for our new packaging, as well. Our eye catching new sub wrapper will show our customers that we take great pride in what we do!
At QuickChek, we know how important it is to not only focus on our customers but our Team Members, as well. We reached out to multiple Team Members from different departments – from our District Leaders, to our pharmacists, to our head of security – to get their honest feedback about what it’s like to be a part of the QuickChek family. We received such positive feedback that we wanted to share them with you, so you’ll be seeing them throughout this year on multiple platforms. Our QuickChek team continues to commit itself to “Total Customer Dedication” as well as its local communities, veterans, and even most importantly, you, our QuickChek family… we’re so happy to call you family!
